Dear Orchestra Parents:
This is an exciting time for the Lawrence North orchestra program. Friday we are taking the full orchestra to the ISSMA State Qualifications contest at Greenwood. Only the top 8 scoring orchestras in the state will be selected to perform on May 7th at State Finals. If we make it, it will be a historical moment for our school. Our student musicians have worked very hard to achieve excellence in their performance quality. Regardless of the judge's opinions, we are very proud of them. This is NOT high school music, this is PROFESSIONAL music they are playing and are doing it quite well. Thank you for your support! Please volunteer to chaperone and wish us good luck!
