Highlights: Spring Break 2019 Trip Meeting - Wednesday, April 4th at 6:30pm in the LN Cafeteria. Contest Preview Concert! - Wednesday, April 18th at 6:00pm in the Fall Creek Valley MS Auditorium Sinfonia andSonatina Orchestras - call time 5:00pm Concertino and Chamber Orchestras - call time 5:30pm Parent Help Needed! Contact Mr. Valencia. ISSMA Organization Contest and State Qualification Sinfonia/Sonatina Orchestras - perform on Saturday, April 21st, at 10:00am. Call time at LN 8:00am. Concertino Orchestra - performs on Saturday, April 21st, at 1:00pm. Call time at LN 11:00am. Chamber/Full Symphony Orchestra - performs on Friday, April 27th, at 6:30pm. They will leave directly from school - all students MUST BRING FULL CONCERT ATTIRE to school. Parent Chaperones Needed - contact Alison Goller if you can chaperone any group. STRING ORCHESTRA ISSMA ITINERARY Saturday April 21, 2018 Pendleton Heights High School – 1 Arabian Drive, Pendleton, IN 46064 Please Support our LNHS Orchestra Students by Attending! Performance is FREE and open to the public. Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes before the performance time. Once a performance has begun no one will be allowed to enter the auditorium. Sinfonia/Sonatina: (Students should arrive in performance formal wear) 8:00am Arrive to LN for attendance 8:20am Depart LN 8:50am Arrive / Unload / Use Restroom if needed / Do not play until Warm-Up 9:20am Transit to Warm-Up 9:25am Warm-Up 9:55am Transit to Stage 10:00am Performance in High School Auditorium 10:35am Sight Reading (Judges only, no audience) / Load Buses 11:00am Load buses 11:15am Leave for LN 11:45m Arrive at LN (Approximate time back / have a ride waiting) Concertino: (Students should arrive in performance formal wear) 11:00am Arrive to LN for attendance 11:20am Leave LN 11:50am Arrive / Unload / Use Restroom if needed / Do not play until Warm-Up 12:20pm Transit to Warm-Up 12:25pm Warm-Up 12:44pm Transit to Stage 1:00pm Performance in LGI ROOM 1:35pm Sight Reading (Judges only, no audience) / Load Buses 2:00pm Load Buses 2:15pm Leave for LN 2:45pm Arrive at LN (Approximate time back / have a ride waiting) ALL students are expected to ride the bus to contest unless arranged by parents in advance and only when there is a direct conflict in the student activities. Any student may leave contest with parents after sight reading by turning in a request, signed by a parent/guardian, to the orchestra director (forms @ www.lnorchestra.com).
